The only problem now is that brightness is always at 100%. Perhaps it is only a key mapping problem, I'm going to try some script with it. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the FW port.
Thinkpadderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04296973931788733893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5661995088215605709.post-13122292651481452642015-06-02T14:52:01.018-04:002015-06-02T14:52:01.018-04:00Outstanding - glad it worked for you!Outstanding - glad it worked for you!Slorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01571688503829566699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5661995088215605709.post-75302983866069260072015-05-31T17:16:50.642-04:002015-05-31T17:16:50.642-04:00That was fantastic - I have an old G4 PowerBook, a...That was fantastic - I have an old G4 PowerBook, and I always wondered what OS X was like on an Intel machine. Your instructions worked perfectly on my X61 although there was a grey screen for several minutes after step three. For some reason it doesn't recognise the X61's Bluetooth, and I had to use the manufacturer's driver to get my USB dongle working (it's one of those tiny Edimax Nano things).

It feels a bit stuttery but perhaps OS X is doing some housekeeping in the background. After fiddling around with an external DVD I realised that I had the X6 UltraBase sitting around with a DVD drive, which works. I haven't tested the battery life yet. After doing all the above the software update detects about 400mb of updates, mostly Java and iTunes.

So, virtual drinks to you and the people behind iATKOS and Mr Tonymacx86 and yourself. And David Attenborough, who didn't help at all but he probably would have, because he's a nice man.Ashley Pomeroyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09466311744358782337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5661995088215605709.post-66273604581170408402015-02-26T12:26:07.254-05:002015-02-26T12:26:07.254-05:00I'm afraid I don't know.
